The purpose of the scholarship is to inspire and encourage more people to start an adventure, but also to secure that the winners have fun and that they have the means to make a qualitative adventure of their lifetime.
Selection criteria to compete for the scholarship is first and foremost that the adventure must take place in the nature, anywhere in the world and within one year of the grant has been distributed in the “Wilderness Fair” approx. Mars. It may be any type of adventure at any time length, you can apply by yourself or as a group, no restrictions exist. People applying however, should be Swedish citizens.
In order to compete, you should submit a project plan with a description of the project, a timetable and a budget for the adventure along with a description of any past adventures and a CV with photo attached
Note that the recipient is responsible for any profit taxes. It commits itself to documenting the adventure of image and text as the year adventurers then have the right to use in further communications. If the described project is not implemented, the winner / winners are liable to repay the scholarship.
